This site is about Parallel File Systems: theory, practice, and everything in-between. Our emphasis will be on IBM Storage Scale, formerly GPFS, simply because we have a great deal of experience with Storage Scale. But other parallel data technologies are fair game.
Bear in mind that I work for IBM, as a Storage Scale Solutions Architect. But I will strive for candor, accuracy, and clarity. Comments on how I can improve articles, as well as suggestions for future articles, are most welcome.
